Consent is given to the data controller (hereinafter the “Controller”): MamiArt s.r.o., Company ID: 28611390, registered office: náměstí Svobody 1, Frýdek-Místek, 73801, registered with the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, File No. 34605.
Scope of Processing:
The data subject agrees to the processing of the following personal data by the Controller and its contracted processors:
- Identification and contact data: name, surname
- Electronic contact data: email address
Purpose and Duration of Processing:
The data subject consents to the processing of their personal data for the following purposes, within the scope above, and for the following duration:
- Irregular delivery or sending of commercial offers for the Controller’s services: for the duration of the contractual relationship and one year thereafter (or up to ten years if no contract exists), or until consent is withdrawn.
- Irregular delivery or sending of commercial offers from the Controller’s business partners: under the same time conditions as above.
- Collection of feedback, especially regarding satisfaction with services offered or planned by the Controller or its partners, opinions on the company, and marketing communication: under the same time conditions as above.
In all cases, data may be processed by any means, including commercial communications via electronic channels provided by the subject.
Information on Data Processing and Rights of the Data Subject:
The subject grants consent for the full scope of data processing for all purposes listed. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, in whole or in part, by simple means: by phone, in person at the Controller’s client center, via secure electronic communication, or in writing.
By granting consent, the subject confirms that the data provided is voluntary and that consent was not a condition for receiving any goods or services. The consent is valid from the moment it is granted (signed).
Personal data is processed both automatically and manually and may be accessed by the Controller’s employees only as necessary to fulfill their duties, as well as contracted processors and cooperating entities, in compliance with applicable laws.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data, request rectification or deletion (“right to be forgotten”), restrict processing, block inaccurate data, request data portability, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Czech Data Protection Authority). They also have the right to receive the following information:
- Categories of personal data processed
- Purpose and legal basis of processing, including legitimate interests
- Recipients or categories of recipients (including third countries or international organizations)
- Planned retention period or the criteria used to determine it
- Source of personal data (if not obtained from the subject)
- Whether automated decision-making, including profiling, occurs, and information about the logic used and its consequences
An updated list of processors and complete information on data processing, including the data subject’s rights and consequences of partial or no consent, are available on the Controller’s website or upon request at any customer service point.
