I. Basic Provisions
These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) are issued in accordance with § 1751 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended.
These Terms govern the mutual rights and obligations between the seller and any natural person who enters into a purchase agreement outside of their business activity as a consumer, or within their business activity (“Buyer”) via the website www.hopjump.cz (“Online Store”).
Provisions of these Terms are an integral part of the purchase contract. Deviating provisions in the purchase agreement take precedence over these Terms. The contract and these Terms are concluded in the Czech language.
II. Information About Goods and Prices
Details about goods, including their main characteristics and prices, are listed for each item in the Online Store catalog. Prices include VAT and any applicable fees. Prices remain valid as long as they are displayed in the Online Store.
All product presentations in the Online Store are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer to conclude a contract.
Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise agreed.
III. Orders and Contract Conclusion
Any communication costs incurred by the Buyer (e.g., internet or call charges) are borne by the Buyer and do not differ from basic rates.
Orders can be placed:
- via a registered customer account
During the order process, the Buyer selects the goods, quantity, payment method, and delivery method. Before submitting the order, the Buyer can check and modify the data. By clicking the “Order and Pay” button, the Buyer sends the order.
An automatic confirmation is sent to the Buyer’s email. This confirmation does not constitute contract acceptance. The contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the order via email.
If the Seller cannot fulfill any part of the order, they will send a revised offer. The revised offer is considered a new proposal. The contract is concluded once the Buyer accepts this offer.
All orders are binding. The Buyer may cancel an order only until they receive the order acceptance.
If an obvious error occurs in pricing, the Seller is not obligated to deliver the goods at that incorrect price.
IV. Customer Account
Upon registration, the Buyer gains access to a customer account and can place orders from it. The Buyer must provide accurate and truthful data and keep it updated.
Access is secured by username and password. The Buyer must maintain confidentiality. The Seller is not responsible for misuse by third parties.
The Buyer may not share their account. The Seller may cancel inactive or misused accounts.
Accounts may be temporarily unavailable due to necessary maintenance.
V. Payment and Delivery
Payment methods:
- by card
- by bank transfer via payment gateway
Together with the purchase price, the Buyer agrees to pay packaging and delivery costs unless stated otherwise.
Cash payments are due upon delivery; bank transfers are due within 1 business day after order confirmation.
Payment is complete when credited to the Seller’s account.
Goods are delivered:
- to the address specified in the order
Delivery costs are shown in the order and confirmation. If the Buyer requests a special delivery method, they bear the risk and any additional cost.
The Buyer must inspect packaging upon delivery and notify the courier of any damage. If the package shows signs of tampering, the Buyer may refuse delivery.
The Seller sends an invoice to the Buyer’s email. Ownership passes to the Buyer upon full payment and receipt of the goods.
VI. Withdrawal from the Contract
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days:
- from receiving the goods,
- from receiving the last item in case of multiple deliveries,
- from receiving the first delivery in case of recurring deliveries.
Exceptions:
- services performed with explicit consent before the withdrawal period ends,
- non-refundable missed bookings due to the customer’s absence,
- goods affected by financial market fluctuations,
- custom-made goods,
- perishable or mixed goods,
- unsealed hygienic goods,
- opened media or software,
- newspapers and magazines,
- digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
Camps:
- 100% refund if canceled by March 31
- 75% refund if canceled by April 30
- 50% refund if canceled by May 31
- 25% refund if canceled by June 25 (only for serious, uncontrollable reasons)
- After this date, no refund unless replaced by another participant
Jump bookings:
- Cancellations are transferred to the user’s account credit
- If the user cannot attend, the booking is moved to the next available date
Party bookings:
- Can be rescheduled by agreement
To withdraw, the Buyer must send a withdrawal form within the deadline.
The Buyer returns goods within 14 days at their own cost. The Seller refunds payment (including basic delivery cost) within 14 days, but not before receiving the goods or proof of return.
Goods must be returned undamaged, unused, and preferably in original packaging.
The Seller may deduct damages from the refund. The Seller may withdraw due to stock unavailability or discontinued supply and will refund the Buyer accordingly.
VII. Defective Performance
The Seller warrants that goods are free from defects upon delivery. Goods must:
- match the agreed description or expected characteristics,
- be fit for usual or specified purpose,
- match quality samples if applicable,
- be of correct quantity and compliant with legal standards.
If a defect appears within 6 months of delivery, it is assumed to have existed at delivery. Buyers may claim defects within 24 months, except for discounted items, wear from normal use, or pre-existing defects in used goods.
Buyers may request:
- replacement,
- repair,
- reasonable discount,
- withdrawal from contract (in case of major or repeated defects).
The Seller must accept claims at any business location or registered office and issue written confirmation.
The Seller must decide immediately, or within 3 working days in complex cases. Claims must be resolved within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Failure to meet this deadline is a material breach.
Buyers are informed in writing of claim resolution. They are not entitled to a claim if the defect was known or caused by them. Legitimate claims may include reimbursement of related costs if claimed within 1 month after warranty expires.
VIII. Communication
All written communication may be conducted via email.
Buyers use the contact email provided in these Terms. The Seller uses the email provided in the Buyer’s account or order.

The Seller holds all rights to their website content including text, layout, images, videos, trademarks, and logos. No part may be copied or reused without permission.

The Buyer assumes the risk of change of circumstances as per §1765(2) of the Civil Code.
The contract and Terms are archived electronically and not accessible.
The Seller may change these Terms at any time. This does not affect previously concluded agreements.
